**Your Role as a Receptionist**

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a **key role in patient experience and practice operations**. You will be responsible for:

- **Delivering outstanding customer service** and ensuring patients feel welcome
- **Managing appointments, patient records, and daily scheduling**:

- **Supporting the dental team with administrative and organisational tasks**:

- **Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and efficiency**
