Our business is looking for someone who is confident, friendly, organised and trustworthy to be our Customer Service and Admin star.
Our family business has over 20 years-experience in supplying Australian made high quality garages, sheds, barns, pergolas, patios and cubby houses. Head office is in Carrum Downs.

YOUR ABILITIES
- Being able handle multiple high priority tasks
- Microsoft Office - can use Excel, outlook and word
- Tech savvy - we will train you to use our systems but you need a good understanding of computer systems
- Attention to detail - because we miss things, and you need to have our backs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - people know exactly what’s happening. You have a friendly communication manner.
- Know how to manage schedules and calendars.
EXAMPLES OF SOME TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help us schedule installations and customer jobs
- Update and maintain customer database
- Customer service and general admin
- Answering phone calls and follow up phone calls - customers and suppliers
- Schedule and follow up deliveries by suppliers
- Arrange and follow up delivery to customers
- Create invoices and quotes in our systems and chase up overdue invoices
- Get to know our amazing products, so you can answer customer enquiries or pass on to our inhouse specialists
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
