Join an eCommerce company that has been growing exponentially since it was founded. Maker Store is an online precision engineering hardware store, specializing in solutions, parts, and kits for engineering projects including CNC machines, 3D printers, Vacuum Forming, Laser Cutting/Etching, 3D Scanners, Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Electronics and more

We are searching for a dynamic Technical Support and Customer Service person with a "can-do" attitude. The best part about this role is that you will enjoy working together with a cohesive and professional team who are very supportive of each other and will give you a warm welcome. Your goal will be to create a great experience for our customers when interacting with them.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Customer Service - Assisting customers with their general queries
- Technical Support - Answer questions about products, assist with purchases and put together sales quotes
- Troubleshooting - Work with senior engineers to overcome customer or product issues.
- Website maintenance - Work within the team to assist in creating content for product listings.
- Other duties, having regard to your skills, training, and experience.

You will need:

- Ability to think critically and analyse specific situations
- Strong customer focus and great communication skills
- Be mechanically inclined
- Strong negotiating skills when liaising with various stakeholders
- A willingness to learn, develop and be self-motivated.

Full on site training is provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
