**What this opportunity involves**:
We're seeking a detail oriented professional to join our team as a Administration Coordinator (Workplace). In this role, you'll be the professional face of the client organisation, ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities while managing continuous improvement of Facilities Management and Business Support Services that maintain our high standards of excellence and ensure safe, compliant facilities at all times
**An overview of the role**:
Oversee billing administration, verify invoices and maintain financial processes with suppliers
Coordinate office moves including physical relocation, equipment transfers and database management
Administer workplace security including visitor management, contractor verification and incident reporting
Maintain premises in excellent working condition through regular floor walks, minor repairs and maintenance coordination
Monitor and manage stationery inventory, utility rooms and communal areas
Demonstrate JLL core values while acting as the professional face of the client organisation
Support service delivery to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and ensure positive client satisfaction results

Administrative experience with proven ability to manage complex operational matters and prioritise effectively - hospitality experience also recognised
Professional, proactive approach to customer service with ability to interact confidently at all levels from CEO to contractors
Confident and energetic with ability to work independently
Strong adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new workorder IT systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
