**Administration Coordinator** to join their team. You will be working in collaboration with the National Administration Manager, to deliver a best practice model for the provision of administration services to all patients, referrers, and customers.

**The Role**
You will be valued in this role as it is important to the overall operation and management of the business. You will be a central point of contact and is the liaison between multi-site clinic admin staff and all external stakeholders. You will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing the ongoing employee relationship that creates a strong foundation for the business's continued growth. Leading the administration team in Victoria in this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in delivering all aspects of the organisational administration services.

**Key Capabilities**:
- Creative staff management, leadership, support, and engaging in ongoing people/human resources practice, including assisting onboarding, with induction and ongoing development of the team
- Develop and coordinate delivery of training and developmental frameworks for administration staff
- Exceptional accounts management with sound knowledge of Medicare billing, and payment specifics.
- Implement a standard operating model for clinic administration processes and services
- Partner with operations and clinic teams to support the engagement and retention of clinic administration staff
- Highly motivated to work within a collaborative team of people keen to provide excellent health care.
- Intelligence and capability to deal with dynamic changes in systems and processes.
- Exceptional communication skills in diverse situations.
- Knowledge of RIS software functions is highly regarded
