**Opportunity**
Our client is a leading ASX listed asset lifecycle management organisation providing services across multiple industries including engineering, utilities, transport, and telecommunications. They have an urgent requirement for an Administration Coordinator to provide coordination and administrative support in their Land Access, Complaints and Compliments team.
- 1 month initial contract with an urgent start
- 320 inc super per day
- Melbourne CBD location with hybrid work from home

**The Role**
This is an administrative and operations support role to ensure that land access for telecommunications and infrastructure project work is compliant with legislative and planning regulations and areas of Heritage and Environmental Significance are not impacted. Responsibilities will include:

- Work collaboratively within the Operational Support Services team to support various projects across the business
- Verify project works to be undertaken in association to potential impact on property, planning and environment in line with contractual and legal requirements
- Escalate to and manage external consultants when statutory approvals are assessed to be required
- Issue project legal documents to stakeholders and assess legal and contractual requirements
- Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders, Councils and other government bodies and authorities
- Liaise with government, private authorities and private individuals affected by proposed, current and previous projects
- Understand and comply with all Telecommunication and relevant Commonwealth/State Legislation and Local government planning regulations
- Understand and create Environmental and Heritage Due Diligence Reports assessing all projects in accordance with the statutory requirements set out in the Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) utilizing numerous database resources
- Manage client escalations with relevant stakeholders and client project teams as required
- Working collaboratively within the LACC team and equivalent client team to effectively manage end user Escalations in accordance with client requirements
- Develop and maintain records in accordance with regulatory and client requirements
- Maintain internal and external databases as required
- Receive, investigate and assign complaints and compliments to relevant project and/or stakeholders

**About you**
To succeed in this role you will need:

- Exceptional communication skills, and professional and courteous approach to interacting with stakeholders
- Strong administration skills, and skills in using business software, database/project management systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a role requiring coordination with multiple other departments in a fast-paced environment
- Any previous Land Access experience, and Telecommunications/Construction Access Compliance Procedures/Planning procedures would be highly desirable
- Must be available to start immediately
