**Your new role**
Your new role as a Community Lead is a relationship focused role, specifically designed to build community engagement, grow social and business networks, and engage with members.

Within this role, your responsibilities would include:

- Being the go-to person for members
- Leading and co-ordinating member events
- Facility tours
- Deliver important information
- Member and administration sales
- Assist in training new or current members
- Check ins and billing
- Live and breathe the company values: Collaboration, Accountability, Resourcefulness & Adaptability,

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful within this Community Lead role, you will be expected to:

- Demonstrate high level relationship building & communication skills
- Have a passion for managing client relationships
- Have a growth focused mindset
- Be collaborative and resourceful
- Have experience with sales
- Have strong presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
