$107,962 - 120,556 (plus super, plus monthly RDO)
A key culture enabler, you will support the creation and successful execution of a range of programs to further enhance employee engagement across Council.
About the role
You will contribute to the design of an organisational development strategy that aims to embed our customer centric transformation program. Working across a range of focus areas such as organisational culture, talent management, capability development and change management you will support us to maintain our focus on the customer experience in everything we do. You will also lead our Organisational Development Support Officer.
About you
You are a critical thinker and seasoned organisational development practitioner with a passion for coaching and enabling others. A lively presenter you can communicate across the organisation and, as a leader in your space, are able to influence and support senior leaders. A planner, you are organised and can work with the team to support realisation of our broader objectives.
