**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of industry and market trends in retail, franchising and pharmacy businesses, owners, and brand activity in market
- Interact with industry providers and specialists’ organisations to maintain currency of retail and franchising knowledge
- Provide recommendations, information on pharmacy sale activity
- Administrative tasks as required and in line with business needs
- Work with the Priceline pharmacist and industry professional to maximise business outcomes
- Work with franchise administration to ensure all forms are completed correctly and on time
- Work to deliver the network plan and secure store openings in-line with budget
- Develop a robust list of qualified prospects with a view to convert to Priceline Pharmacy
- Collaborate in the creation of individual tailored prospective franchisee presentation
- Handover stores to Retail Business Managers in a professional manner
- Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly status updates as directed
- Work collaboratively with state operations managers to secure interest of potential prospects
- Advantage the network opportunities that do not fit with the Priceline criteria through use of the brokerage platform

**About you**:
- Undergraduate qualification in a business-related discipline (desirable)
- Previous experience and exposure within the Franchise and Pharmacy industries (desirable)
- Proven ability in driving cultural change with a demonstrated collaborative style
- Ability to share information with others in a highly effective and influential manner
- High level financial and accounting skills
- Proven customer orientation and ability to implement and manage a client focused service delivery
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Commitment to completing tasks accurately and with high attention to detail
- Significant level of customer engagement focus
- Computer literacy skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and within a team
- Data interpretation and ability to interpret and communicate
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Contract law
