**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

As a Leasing Executive, you will be the face of the company, interacting with prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Marketing property
- Conducting property tours, highlighting the unique features and amenities of each property
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in dates
- Develop relationships with relocation agents
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
- Work to ensure vacancy rates are kept to a minimum without compromising quality of tenant
- Assist the property management team as required

**THE NITTY GRITTY**
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- You will be required to work Saturday’s. Time in lieu will be provided on Mondays
- High standard of personal presentation
- Positive attitude
- Reliable
- Exceptional phone manner & customer service skills
- Current Property Management Registration
