We're searching for a motivated and flexible Leasing Assistant to support this firm, in their Property & Leasing Team. This role will provide crucial support across the team and will take ownership in providing administrative and secretarial support, as well as client management across this space.

Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Management of the leasing team inbox
- Liaising with team members to allocate new matters
- File opening
- File closure and archiving
- Carrying out searches (Landgate, ASIC etc)
- Preparing final form documents for execution - both hard and soft copies
- Preparation of letters and other correspondence
- Attending to obtaining mortgagee consents
- Lodging documents for registration at Landgate and monitoring their progress
- Assist with monthly billing on an as needs basis
