**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a gun Marketing and Communications Executive to help deliver on our exciting Perth development and leasing pipeline on an initial 12-month contract.

This position will suit an established marketing executive who is looking for a full time in-office role working across a variety of projects and tasks - from crafting clever bid strategies and leasing proposals, to organizing stakeholder events, directing creative agencies and suppliers, and managing a range of marketing collateral across the development and leasing marketing spectrum.

We’re looking for someone with great writing and editing skills, and is comfortable delivering projects end-to-end, working closely with the local Vice President of Marketing and Communications, and with the national marketing team.

You’ll be joining a team of skilled marketing professionals who bring great energy to their work every day, and who care about building a strong internal and external network and delivering with excellence.

What will you be responsible for?
- Monitoring external invoicing to ensure Brookfield is being charged correctly and at fair market rates.
- Ensuring projects relevant to the role are delivered on time and on budget.
- Track marketing budgets and check in regularly with the finance team and Vice President | Marketing and Communications to ensure there are no discrepancies. Report variances as soon as they are known.
- Support tenant and tenant rep engagement strategies
- Create, develop and provide direction on marketing materials that specifically support objectives of the development, leasing and corporate teams
- Write and update marketing materials that reflect and promote the Brookfield brand, ensuring clear, consistent messages.
- Assist with the booking of photography, videography, CGI renders and animations.
- Contribute to external and internal communications
- Assist with EOI’s, RFI’s and RFPs responses.
- Assist with Frist Nations engagement
- Deliver on the development project’s charitable and community initiatives
- Develop a library of leasing content and improve our offer to tenants
- Maintain relationships with certain industry bodies and sponsored partners
- Ensure all work is accurate, best in class and produced in a timely manner.
- Work in close collaboration with the internal leasing, development, asset management, development and design teams to understand new trends and innovations in leasing, design and tenant amenitisation
- Build relationships with external leasing providers and creative agencies
- Undertake competitor analysis
- Attend asset tours
- Work with internal and external customers in a professional and efficient manner with an aim to achieveing the best results for Brookfield.
- Work closely with external agencies, as needed, to achieve overall marketing strategy

What experience and qualifications will you possess?
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the property field.

What skills and qualities do you have?
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Superb writing, researching, editing and proofreading skills
- Superior communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines in what is, at times, a high-pressured environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial office property, development and leasing
- Strong design sense
- Budget management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills
