Our team are currently looking for a Leasing Coordinator (part time).

**What you'll do**:
Your remit will be to provide administration support to the Retail and Property teams across new and existing agreements, leases and licenses.

You are responsible for the collection of contractual documentation and ensure documents comply with contract including bank guarantees, insurance policies. Prepare online workflows to execute forms and contracts and assist with preparation of disclosure statements.

You will update the tenant database (MRI) with contract changes, information variations and insurance details. You will generate reports for rent reviews, billing reports and annual reconciliations for retailers.

Part of your role will be to assist with audits of lease documents and compliance, contribute to the review and improvement of processes and procedures

You will work with many internal stakeholders and external stakeholders including tenants, property valuers and other consultants and coordinate with them to ensure an accurate and timely response to queries and information requests.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone with property administration or lease administration experience. You'll have outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.

You will be naturally friendly, have great communication skills, a customer focussed approach to everything you do and you enjoy working in a team environment.

While this role is advertised as full-time, we are happy to consider requests for flexibility around working hours.
