Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water’s North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Data Analyst** to join our newly formed Program Optimisation team. The purpose of this new role is to bring thought leadership and technical expertise in sourcing, collecting, organising and analysing data (operational, financial and program) to help stakeholders make data driven decisions. Chatswood Head Offce based.

- To present data in ways to help our stakeholders make data driven decisions.
- To ensure data quality & accuracy.
- Drive a culture of delivering customer and shareholder value.
- Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration and Challenge.
- Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process.
- Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst within a large, dynamic & complex organisation.
- Highly developed MS Excel skills (Advanced).
- Understanding of work management systems, preferable SAP.
- Significant experience with Power BI data analytics or similar reporting systems.
- Hands on experience with complex SQL queries/Power Query Editor, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Ability to synthesise complex information & communicate insights simply & effectively to stakeholders.
