**We are looking for a Change Analyst to join our State Government client.**

**12 month contract with view to extend**

**Chatswood/WFH**

**Up to $850 per day + Super**

**Primary purpose of the role**:
The Change Analyst will deliver change management activities to support the Essential Eight (cybersecurity) Uplift - initiative. This role will support the implementation of change throughout the program lifecycle and work in collaboration with other delivery streams (squads) to meet program schedules and objectives. The Change Lead will support the delivery of strategies and programs that will drive awareness, adoption, and capability uplift.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conducting change impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed for the successful transition to the new recruitment solution
- Developing change and adoption strategies and plans to improve the implementation of systems
- Supporting health agencies develop localised change strategies to support users through facilitation, engagement and material development
- Assessing organisational change readiness and culture assessment to inform engagement and communication strategies
- Analysing data from various sources to inform change management strategies
- Effective collaboration with a range of key partners including internal eHealth teams, Ministry of Health stakeholders and local health agency project teams
- Providing informed and timely advice to key stakeholders, including the preparation of updates, reports, correspondence and presentations to diverse audiences

**Selection Criteria**:

- Extensive experience in change management in a large or complex environment. Sound knowledge and practical experience in working with change management tools and methodologies.
- Collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Confidence conducting engagement sessions to large audiences.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written strategies, plans and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Advanced skills in communicating qualitative and quantitative information to varying audiences using Microsoft Office products in a creative and innovative format.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results within tight timeframes.
