**Market Research Analyst**

Our company has been operating for over 20 years, and major offer a wide range of engineering solutions for the transmission industry, as well as specializing in providing quality coupling, casting, crusher products to the transmission industry，global mining, quarrying industries throughout Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

We are now offering a Permanent Full Time Position with long term job security. We offer a base salary 60,000 + Super (If your expected base salary is more than 60,000, please carefully consider submitting your resume. The base salary we offer is 60,000)

**What You Will Do**

As a **Market Strategy Analyst**, you will report directly to the Business Director and play a key role in advancing our strategic goals. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating closely with various teams to conduct research projects, presenting complex research insights clearly and effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Coordinating and managing research activities to ensure they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards, covering the entire project lifecycle.
- Conducting background research on covered companies and industries, performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements. Identifying and driving process improvements across the business
- Supporting clients and internal stakeholders with ad hoc requests in a timely manner, while building industry relationships to enhance networks and knowledge.
- Generating research reports to communicate findings, capturing, maintaining, and managing insights obtained through research and analysis.
- Planning and executing market research programs, analyzing customer behaviors and market trends to develop forward-looking strategies and comprehensive business cases for potential investment opportunities.

**What You’ll Bring**
- **Experience**: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing analytics, or a related field, At least 1 year of experience in related roles.
- **Analytical Expertise**: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- **Research Skills**: Strong foundation in market research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research, to support business development initiatives.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of the industry landscape, competitive analysis, and market trends relevant to our sectors.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and opportunities, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, keeping abreast of industry developments and emerging trends.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
