**Technical Analyst**

**Primary purpose of the role**:
The Technical Analyst provides specialist technical support in line with program infrastructure to organisation and sites being deployed.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Deliver high quality and customer focused technical services, consistent with the charter of organisation and the specific needs of the client base
- Consult and collaborate with Project Managers on technology required for sites, providing appropriate support to ensure the technology is fully operational
- Provide professional technical, configuration and associated support
- Engage, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout organisations
- Maintain and update the required business and technical documentation
- Participate in on-call work as required
- Coordinate data and information management collection and prepare reports as required

**Selection Criteria**:

- Establish collaborative and influential relationships with stakeholders, customers and colleagues, to ensure easy and effective achievement of team / project / business goals.
- Effectively balance competing demands.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a constructive workplace culture
- Experience and a record of achievement in developing and supporting.NET enterprise level systems.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into ICT solutions within a large service oriented environment.
