Executive Assistant, Tenant Advisory - Logistics & Industrial
**Job Description Summary**
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the National Director, Tenant Advisory Group - Logistics & Industrial, as well as administrative assistance to the broader national team. This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of Australia's leading real estate advisory groups.
About the Role
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordination of team meetings, video conferences, and external stakeholder engagements
- Preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, proposals, and legal documentation
- Support for client campaigns, including marketing collateral, vendor reports, enquiry registers, and legal coordination
- Maintenance of LinkedIn profiles and professional branding for the team
- Expense reconciliation and administrative reporting
- Event planning and coordination, including liaison with internal marketing and front-of-house teams
- Data and analytics support, as well as research and document production across team projects
- Development and maintenance of effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior executive assistant or high-level administrative role
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe InDesign
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in document presentation, office coordination, and team support functions
