Our client is a leading Australian Retail Property Fund that specialise in the advisory, management and of an expanding shopping centre portfolio across the eastern seaboard.

Due to a newly acquired retail asset, we are seeking a Junior - Mid level Retail Leasing Executive to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of Leasing, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Deliver optimal tenancy mix and reduce vacancy rates
- Negotiation of new and existing leases
- Continue to foster positive relationships with current and perspective tenants
- Work collaboratively with the onsite centre management team
- Ability to canvas the market for new retailer ideas
- Continue to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective and existing tenants
- Minimum 2-3 + years of direct experience in retail leasing on behalf of an agency, private landlord or retailer
- Experience in lease negotiation
- Have existing relationships across different divisions of retail
- Effective people management skills with an ability to work within a positive team environment
