**The Organisation**:
A boutique property leasing and advisory agency specializing in retail, being led by some of the industries most experienced and respected individuals in the market. They are selective on who they work with and what they work on, so you can ensure that the work is always interesting and the clients desirable

**The Opportunity**:
They are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Lease Executive.

As a Retail Lease Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing tenants to support your clients asset and leasing strategies. You will use your natural negotiating skills to facilitate lease negotiations with prospective tenants. You will also work with our clients to identify and evaluate potential retail tenants for leasing opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide landlords with strategy advice; conduct lease negotiations and assist with the drafting of lease agreements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential tenants for retail properties
- Assist with property inspections and showings for prospective tenants
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and negotiate lease terms that meet their business requirements and asset strategy
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and provide regular reports to clients on activity

**Requirements**:
Our client will consider both experienced Lease Executives (still in the earlier part of their career) or strong go getters that may presently be working in property but in a different discipline.

But what is NOT to be compromised, is your drive to get deals done You will be a natural sales person that is not afraid of picking up the phone or getting infront of people.
- We are seeking:_
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field desirable
- Min 1-2 years of experience in leasing, casual leasing, or property management, or a related field
- Highly comfortable doing business development - picking up the phone / networking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing software
- Must be a self-starter, proactive, and detail-oriented
