**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/BOOKKEEPER**

We are seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to support our small but growing leadership team for 30 hours per week.
**Job tasks & responsibilities**
This role requires an organised and methodical administrator, bookkeeper, and office all-rounder who enjoys a challenge and thrives in a demanding environment.
Initial responsibilities will include:
- Directing enquiries that are out-of-scope to the relevant department;
- Taking, typing, and distributing meeting minutes;
- Diary and calendar management (Outlook);
- Staff allocating;
- Bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payroll, BAS lodgement, and account reconciliations;
- Advertising for staff and filtering applicants; and
- Administrative tasks to support the Leadership Team, such as word processing, document storage/filing (OneDrive), and creating and distributing company communications.

You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience in a busy office environment

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to think ahead
- Intermediated to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and knowledge, including Outlook, Word and Excel

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $41,974.22 - $50,000.00 per year
