Johnco Productions is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our growing operations team. This position plays a key role in overseeing our administrative functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and supporting cross-functional teams from our office in Beresfield. This is a full-time, ongoing position, offering 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

**About the Role**

As **Office Manager**, you will be an integral part of our operations team, and will be responsible for managing administrative workflows, improving internal systems, and ensuring compliance with business and safety regulations. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and key customers to streamline processes and support business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily workflow of the admin team to ensure order processing, supplier communication, and dispatch coordination runs smoothly.
- Making sure our records, invoices, and internal documentation are up to date and accurate.
- Coordinating staff workflows, managing schedules, and helping allocate resources during busy periods.
- Identify ways to fine-tune office systems and internal processes to keep things running smoothly and productively.
- Monitoring office and warehouse safety protocols, updating policy documents, and ensuring compliance with fair trading or consumer laws.
- Managing communication with suppliers, freight companies, and key wholesale customers, and helping resolve operational issues.
- Preparing internal reports and summaries for management around sales, stock, and supplier performance.
- Acting as first point of contact for key wholesale buyers, customs agents, and freight providers; resolving dispatch errors or delivery delays.
- Supporting compliance with health and safety requirements and ensuring internal policies are followed.
- Using systems like Xero, Cin7, Shopify, and Microsoft Office to manage orders, customer accounts, and product data efficiently.

**Skills & Experience - What We’re Looking For**:

- A diploma level qualification or higher degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is desirable OR at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Office Manager or senior administrative role.
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, retail, or similar product based environments is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage administrative processes and team coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in business software such as Xero, Excel, Shopify, and inventory or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of WHS obligations and compliance management.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
