**About the Role**
Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Administrator to join our Newcastle branch. You will work to maintain and increase the level of support provided to our customers and sales teams by providing both short and long term rental solutions through the offer of TMHA's material handling products.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage customer enquiries for short term rental equipment & provide correct MHE solutions by qualifying the customer’s requirements.
- Support branch Sales staff by identifying available MHE to suit their needs for customer support.
- Communicate with Workshop Supervisor to ensure equipment is prepared for hire in a green tagged condition in line with customer’s delivery requirement.
- Coordinate transport with our subcontract transport providers to ensure our customer’s delivery expectations are being met. Ensure Purchase Orders are generated to the provider with an agreed price
- Generate weekly NIO KPI reports for Branch Manager including number of NIO units on floor, number of NIO units green tagged & expected number of hire & de-hires for the week.
- Ensure that customer details are added & updated as needed with the correct forms/process with TMHA finance being followed.
- Be familiar with the TMH Integrated Management System (IMS) ensuring that all policies & procedures are implemented & followed.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous administrative experience within the material handling industry or industrial sector.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Sound organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail; adopt a methodical approach to tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable displaying initiative whilst problem solving.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and preference to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
