An opportunity exists for an Administration Officer to join our team in our Beresfield office.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.

In this role you would be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Management of all Administration paperwork associated with Projects.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure Project goals are met
- Manage contract claims and ensure all deadlines are met
- Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Project date collection and analysis
- Processing Purchase orders
- Setting up of new Projects
- Debt Collection and other Accounts Receivable duties
- Other adhoc duties as required

Hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00 pm

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
