Total Team Building Melbourne is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Team Building Facilitator.

We specialise in unique team building activities and programs for corporate groups, schools & social groups that are fun and engaging for all who participate.

We are expanding and are on the lookout for some new, energetic and enthusiastic facilitators to become part of our VIC team.

They say variety is the spice of life, so if you want a bit of spice in your working life then one thing is for sure and that is no two events are ever the same. We have a suite of 40 plus events and programs and we deliver events in various locations all around Melbourne. One day you could be running a scavenger hunt in the city. The next day you could be down in St Kilda running a Survivor challenge and the day after that you could be running a remote program from the comfort of your own home.

As a Total Team Building facilitator, you would be required to assist and help lead a group by providing them with a fun and memorable experience. You need to be enthusiastic, professional, friendly, confident and able to speak to and direct group sizes anywhere from 5 - 300 people. You must be adaptable and be able to think on your feet. Most importantly you need to be a team player, have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and follow instructions.

Our programs are unpredictable by nature in that they could be on weekdays, weekends, mornings or afternoons. For that reason, we need facilitators who have flexible work availability as we cannot guarantee any particular number of hours or days per week but as we continue to grow this may change into something more permanent.

Pay rates range from $40 - $50 per hour.
