Best Practice Network is a membership based network across ANZ focused on Manufacturing & DC businesses. You will own the licence for Victoria & be able to deal with shopfloor people & Snr Executives.

Best Practice Network operates across ANZ. We have about 90 manufacturing-based memberships in our network with over 500 operational sites based in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA and NZ. Examples of our Members include DuluxGroup, Coca-Cola, BHP & Bluescope.

This exciting opportunity is to lead and grow our Victoria network. Most of our VIC members are located in or very close to Melbourne, so ideally you will live in the Melbourne area to enable you to easily visit them. You will own the rights to operate the Victoria Best Practice Network as your own business at a cost well under $100k.
Macbook Pro kitted with required applications & 4+ years of business history is included.
Training provided
Introduction to all VIC Members and key prospects by incumbent Facilitator. Coaching and support from 4 other regional Facilitators and the CEO.
Skills
• An innate ability to interact & network easily with people from the shop floor to Senior Exec level
• Had some exposure to manufacturing based industries in Australia, ideally with some in depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or CI
• Spent 10+ years in senior roles in Australia
• Mature sales skills with the ability to develop a sales pipeline
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Best Practice Network Facilitators
• Well-developed empathetic listening skills & the experience to be a trusted "sounding board" for senior leaders

In Best Practice Network Victoria history, there have been only 3 Facilitators with the incumbent having served now for 4.5 years & planning to retire by Xmas 2025. Each facilitator has had significant operational experience including exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Safety, Quality, CI and Operational Excellence principles.
