Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Membership Team: Direct sales, operations, and marketing staff; establish performance metrics; collaborate with the General Manager in team management.
  • Promote Membership Value: Develop membership strategies and campaigns; pursue new revenue streams; manage prospect systems effectively.
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Consumer Experience: Enhance membership operations systems and processes; oversee renewal processes; develop data-driven insights.
  • Ensure Effective Reporting & Systems: Prepare regular reports on sales activities and campaign effectiveness; innovate systems to support sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • At least five years of experience in operations and/or sales-related roles
  • Proven leadership experience and negotiation skills
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and data analytics expertise
