**The Role**

The Sales Manager takes ownership and is accountable for Profitability, Sales, Sales Growth, and Market Share in the assigned territories.

Lead the Sales Team in achieving performance excellence in the critical areas of: (1) Sales; (2) Client Acquisition, Growth, Engagement & Recovery; (3) Operational Efficiency; and (4) Workforce Engagement.

Formulate and communicate the Sales Strategy and Performance Targets. Drive innovative initiatives and priorities to execute the Sales Strategy, including managing operating budget.

As an Ambassador, promote the SuperCare Brand in all interactions with all stakeholders at all times.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Train and motivate a high-performing Sales Team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and concerns effectively.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.

**THE PREFERRED COMPETENCIES**
- Preferably with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales leadership or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Business Acumen, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
