Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the business development and sales of MEP products BIM.
  • Responsible to achieve the yearly Sales target of the MEP products BIM market set by the company.
  • Assist to plan and implement sales strategy to increase market share.
  • Assist sales team in drafting quotations /proposals /plan/business reports etc.
  • Conduct effective sales presentation.
  • Assist in organizing coordinating and executing marketing activity /exhibition/ promotional campaigns.
  • Responsible for a full range of sales & marketing activities.
  • Cold calls potential & existing clients

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering / construction background preferred
  • Experience in sales and/or related technical field service
  • Excellent in negotiating and presentation skills, able to demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills
  • Mature, Aggressive, result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, service-oriented mindset and willing to work under pressure.
  • Eager to learn and positive, dynamic and outgoing.
  • Customer service experience will be a plus.
  • Passion learner who has interest in E&M product or BIM will also be considered.
  • Excellent in negotiating and presentation skills, able to demonstrate strong communication (English & Filipino) and influencing skills
