Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business development and sales of MEP products BIM.
- Responsible to achieve the yearly Sales target of the MEP products BIM market set by the company.
- Assist to plan and implement sales strategy to increase market share.
- Assist sales team in drafting quotations /proposals /plan/business reports etc.
- Conduct effective sales presentation.
- Assist in organizing coordinating and executing marketing activity /exhibition/ promotional campaigns.
- Responsible for a full range of sales & marketing activities.
- Cold calls potential & existing clients
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering / construction background preferred
- Experience in sales and/or related technical field service
- Excellent in negotiating and presentation skills, able to demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills
- Mature, Aggressive, result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, service-oriented mindset and willing to work under pressure.
- Eager to learn and positive, dynamic and outgoing.
- Customer service experience will be a plus.
- Passion learner who has interest in E&M product or BIM will also be considered.
- Excellent in negotiating and presentation skills, able to demonstrate strong communication (English & Filipino) and influencing skills
