Who are we?
Driver Hire are a specialist Recruitment Agency in the Transport and Logistics sector and we are currently going through a significant growth phase. Our team prides themselves on process, fun and most importantly success.

We are an international company with over 100 offices in the UK and 9 offices across Australia, with more offices opening every year.

What will I be doing?
We can take consultants at every level of experience from entry level Recruitment Coordinators or Graduates through to experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants.

Joining us at entry level you will start your journey with on-the-job training/ mentoring, learning all aspects of recruitment.

Once you have mastered this area of the business you will then learn to go out to meet with potential customers to demonstrate how great you are at delivering a fantastic service to them to assist in all their recruitment needs.

Joining at a more senior level as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be allowed the freedom to develop an existing portfolio of clients as well as winning your own clients. You will be responsible for growing your portfolio to assist the branch to reach its annual budget.

With your ongoing learning and development, you will learn all about running a recruitment business to put you in a great position to develop your career towards becoming a branch manager.

Recruitment Coordinator

Graduate Recruitment Consultant

As a Graduate Consultant, you will have a degree in business studies or sales and marketing or have some exposure to recruitment agency work already.

Recruitment Consultant
To join as a Recruitment Consultant, you will have some experience working in a business development or sales capacity withing a recruitment agency or job active environment liaising with employers to source vacancies.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Salary Package
Salaries range from $60,000 as an entry level through to $85,000 + Super + Bonus (OTE $130-135K) for an experienced consultant.
