**What You Will Be Doing**
The Lived Experience Development & Co-design Lead works within the Lived Experience Leadership Team to co-ordinate the development of the PHMHWS Lived Experience Workforce, including Peer Workers, Consultants and new/emerging LE roles. This position leads and coordinates engagement and consultation - with the PHMHWS LEW, Consumers, and their Carers, Families/Kin - as a key pillar of the Lived Experience Leadership Team’s work to ensure these perspectives guide, inform and are included in all aspects of PHMHWS governance, design and delivery.

**Position Description**

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:

- Must have and be willing to work from a lived experience of mental health concerns/psychological distress and/or co-occurring MH/AOD concerns
- Must have and be willing to declare and work from a Lived Experi(Consumer or Family/Carer)ence
- Expertise, qualifications, demonstrated experience in Lived Experience leadership, co-design/co-production, community development or related fields
- Demonstrated high-level co-ordination, communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in facilitating groups, meetings and consultations across organisations (including LE and non-LE professionals)
