We are seeking a highly experienced and competent Practice Manager to join a busy and dynamic allied health practice on the Mornington Peninsula.

This is a fantastic opportunity who is both task-focused and a ‘people’ person who can balance the needs of clients and their teams whilst meeting business targets. This role will suit someone highly organised, self-motivated and can work autonomously. You will be an excellent team player, demonstrated ability to lead a team and enjoy working with various stakeholders.

**The Opportunity**:
You will be responsible to:

- Lead reception and customer service team for performance enhancement and best practice.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practices to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Work closely with the Directors and the Senior Leadership Team
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders ranging from clients, allied health teams, organisations and schools.
- Assist in planning and organising the administrative side of the business. Be a team player, and be confident in sharing new and innovative ways to grow and improve the practice.
- Ensure that all compliance, procedures and processes are followed accurately.
- Maintain our internal HR system with support from an external HR provider
- Work collaboratively with our Bookkeepers and internal finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Oversee accurate invoicing and reconciliation. Prepare financial reports for directors.
- Collaborate with Bookkeepers with payroll.

**Key Criteria**:

- Practice Management experience, three or more years is desirable
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Experience with Xero software
- Must have advanced skills in Practice Management Software
- Ability to lead and motivate the team
- Comprehensive knowledge of health referral and item rebate policies such as Medicare, WorkCover, NDIS and Private Health Insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a future-focused dynamic team
