**The Role**:
We are seeking a detail oriented and creative **Training and Development Specialist** to join our team based in our Dandenong office. This is a **9 month** maternity leave cover position.

This role is pivotal in creating and managing engaging training content to support our employees across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, you’ll work closely with various departments to ensure training materials align with company principles and are delivered to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging online training content aligned with Storage King’s standards.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure training materials are accurate and relevant.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): Upload content, issue updates and improve user experience.
- Track training completions, enrol new employees and report updates.
- Update and maintain existing training sessions and manuals.
- Provide feedback on course participation and completions.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Attention to detail for accurate spelling, grammar, and formatting.
- Strong time management to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Creativity to make content visually engaging.
- Skill in tailoring content with design and graphics.
- Experience in training content, preferably online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, LMS, and general computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills.
