Dandenong, Victoria, Australia Specialist Partners Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

We're seeking experienced and motivated General Practitioners (GPs) to support our expanding GP and Aged Care health services across Melbourne's South-East and Bayside regions.

You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including nurses, allied health professionals, and visiting specialists—to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care to residents in aged care facilities and the community.

Multiple positions are available, short-term locum or ongoing, with the flexibility to choose sessions that suit your schedule.

Multiple Roles on Offer:

  • Conduct regular ward rounds and comprehensive Aged Care consultations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and care plan meetings

  • Provide specialty consulting in areas such as:

  • Women's and post-menopausal health

  • Mental health
  • Skin cancer and dermatologic care
  • Ear health and minor procedures
  • Oversee vaccination and preventive health programs within Aged Care settings
  • Deliver Telehealth consultations where appropriate
  • Collaborate with facility staff, families, and allied health providers to ensure continuity of care

About You

  • Vocationally Registered GP (FRACGP or equivalent)
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Interest or experience in Aged Care, chronic disease management, and preventive health
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Medicare-eligible provider number for community and residential aged care work with PRODA access
  • (Desirable, depending on the role) Experience in skin procedures, women's health, or mental health
