**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will **coordinate **new starter training and provide a high level of efficient administrative support to the Learning & Development team. You will have overall responsibility for scheduling and coordinating for the contract, and will manage the content for training delivery. Supported by a diverse and inclusive team, there’s opportunity for you to deepen your professional capability and grow your career.

**About you**

You are an adaptable individual with a passion for providing administrative support. You are self-motivated, resilient, and have attention to detail, organisational and time management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced team environment and can be pragmatic and flexible when delivering support and service to the business. You are resourceful, and efficient, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Personal integrity and personal values consistent with Serco’s governing principles
- Certificate IV TAE or equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in Call/Centre BPO environment will be highly regarded but not essential
- Experience in developing training material
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
