Your new Opportunity:
Based in Wagga Wagga NSW, Opteon have a Rural (CPV) position available to support the continued growth of our very well-established Rural Valuations team. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research of property sales, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

Working with Opteon's best in market proprietary property software and systems enables our valuers to maximise their time in the field and reporting data capture.

We have a significant and long-standing rural work volume (both lending and non-lending sector), so this is a great opportunity to take over an existing workload. Our valuers are supported by best market Agri specific Valuation Assistants further maximising your efficiency and effectiveness.

We are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.

A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role is preferable
  • Ability to demonstrate your Rural Valuation and advisory experience
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
