**Cleaner - Boutique Commercial Site**

**$30-$35/hr | 2 hrs x 4 mornings/week | New Farm, Brisbane**

We’re seeking an experienced subcontractor to care for a brand-new boutique building in New Farm. This is a consistent, long-term role maintaining a site that has been kept to a high standard by the owner — who will also cover shifts if you can’t attend.

**The Role**
- **Pay**: $30-$35/hr (ABN subcontractor rate)
- **Schedule**: 2 hrs per morning - **Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday**:

- **Duties**:

- Commercial cleaning of bathrooms, walkways, lift, and courtyard
- Keeping high-traffic touch points spotless
- Maintaining presentation of public areas

**Requirements**:

- Experience in commercial or residential cleaning
- ABN and own public liability insurance
- Eye for detail & pride in maintaining immaculate spaces
