**Job Description**:
In this role, you will work alongside a small team to deliver world-class service to customers in an accurate & timely manner, with a strong focus on providing a fantastic customer experience.
We’re looking to take on multiple recruits to take our service to the next level. On a daily basis, you will be speaking with customers, account managers, warehouse managers, and business owners in a diverse and ever-changing role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing high-level customer service to both the general public and businesses-
- Placing orders, tracking orders, and handling exchanges and customer complaints- Liaising with internal departments to solve customer issues
What you need to know:
- Melbourne CBD - Hybrid mix of WFH and office after training- Full-time 12-month contract (with the opportunity to extend)- Monday - Friday on a rotating roster between 8am-8pm- 4 weeks paid training

What you’ll need:
- Be a clear and concise communicator both written & verbally- Tech savvy & not afraid to learn new systems- Great time management skills with a desire to work hard- Problem-solving skills along with an ability to multitask multiple enquiries- Previous customer service experience within a contact centre is desirable but not essential
WFH Requirements- Windows 10 PC and Monitor/Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB of RAM or equivalent- Anti-virus installed and Windows defender switched- Reliable internet connection - no tethering or hotspot- Headset with a microphone.- NOTE: Apple Mac computers are not suitable due to system compatibility.
