In the role of **Consultant, Supplier & Service Management**, you will join the **Enterprise Property & Strategic Sourcing Team** that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Respond to requests for CPS230 Due Diligence and Assurance information, through the identified front door process
- Provide guidance to Customer Management teams and Relationship Managers on relevant CPS230-specific Customer contract clauses when NAB is identified as a Material Service Provider.
- Identify opportunities for improving the process and information provided to Customers, including maintenance of NAB’s CPS230 Customer Contract Clauses, due diligence responses, and assurance information to keep them up to date.
- Promote and communicate the function and services provided by the Enterprise Customer Support team across NAB, targeting identified stakeholder groups.
- Manage SharePoint and intranet page content.

**We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Good understanding of CPS230 and other APRA regulations
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Strong written communication skills in order to provide clear, comprehensive responses to Customer requests
- Experience working in supplier/customer assurance roles, compliance or supplier risk management
- Experience working in tender or bids response teams, or customer management teams or other related roles.
- Experience with contract drafting, legal reviews, and the Sourcing/Procurement process will be highly regarded
- Previous work in a financial institution/industry or working within regulated environments
- Process development and process improvement skills.
