**The Role**

We’re looking for a friendly and professional Customer Care Consultant to join our team on a **full-time six-month**contract. Based in our Eight Mile Plains head office and dedicated to servicing our practitioner customers, this role is responsible for responding to our customer needs in a consistent, professional and timely manner. This includes being proactive in your approach to seek out our customer needs and identify opportunities to add value, taking initiative to delight our customers and live our company value of seeing the world through our customers eyes.
- Experience in a call centre environment or administration role
- A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
- The ability to adapt, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve to achieve a successful customer outcome
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to be resilient and perform effectively when faced with time pressures
- Computer savvy; preferably experienced in Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable
- Experience in natural healthcare would be an advantage
