The APS 4 positions will act as a Project Support Officer within a blended team with Industry partners in the delivery of digital services for the Defence organisation.

In line with the investment in digital transformation within Defence, our team continues to grow.

As such, we are seeking to fill multiple vacancies at the APS 4 level across the team and aim to build a merit pool to fill future vacancies.

They will have well developed agile project support skills, together with the ability to effectively manage their own daily workload and work collaboratively as part of an integrated team of APS and Industry partners to achieve outcomes.

As Program or Project Officers, you will have demonstrated skills to work effectively and closely with stakeholders such as business process owners and process users:

- You will be able to effectively undertake research towards service delivery outcomes that achieve our strategic objectives.

As a Program Officers you will have demonstrated skills to work effectively and closely with the program team to provide administrative and research support:

- You will need well-developed stakeholder engagement skills, and agile project management experience with a focus on a customer centered approach.
- Your client service skills will be vital to this role as you will be required to regularly engage with program stakeholders.
