What’s your mission?

As a Product Owner - Decisioning, supporting the Data and Decisioning within ANZ Plus, your mission is to lead the product roadmap of decisioning. You will support the teams with delivery to build the ecosystem that champions customer centricity and transforms customer experience through Next Best Action. You will use Agile methods to design and deliver business and technical solutions for initiatives within the ANZ Transformation program. You will work in a dynamic and changing environment and adapt quickly.

What will your day look like
Enabling and inspiring a multi-disciplinary and technically focused Squad to pursue the delivery of work.
Ensuring the work is operationally and strategically aligned to the NBA/customer communications strategy.
Galvanising the squad and external stakeholders around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver at pace and influencing stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
Planning and prioritisation of work with Value stream leads and Product Owners.
Understanding the value of what the squad works on and being clear how it aligns to the customer communications priorities.
Ensuring development and delivery is aligned to ANZ Plus standards and controls.
Monitor delivery risks and issues

But back to some of the skills
- Passionate about real time customer decisioning and deep understanding of underlying capabilities
In depth knowledge and hands-on experience of Pega CDH or equivalent tool.
Previous delivery experience with Pega CDH or equivalent tool.
Deep understanding of Next Best Action components like contact policies, arbitration and modelling.
Willingness to question the status quo and energised by building new customer solutions and making improvements to existing value propositions.
Strength in collaboration to ensure shared outcomes across ANZ, with the ability to galvanise a diverse group of people around a common mission.
Strong communicator and problem solver with understanding to translate business needs into viable solution designs that can be implemented by the delivery teams.
Experience running high performing agile squads.
