**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the State Manager Victoria, we are looking for someone who will interact with internal and external customers in a positive and constructive manner while responding to complex situations.

This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step from Customer Service or looking for a career pathway into a Sales or Technical role.

**WHAT'S INVOLVED**:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Estimation and Quoting:

- Asses tender requests, analyse mechanical specifications and perform calculations with selection software
- Generate system quotations
- Develop and submit comprehensive quotation packages to clients
- Commercial Order management and Project Support:

- Convert new orders, validate project requirements, and reflect information accurately in system
- Track orders throughout the build process to ensure timely delivery aligning with customer requirements
- Customer Support:

- Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Quotation Pipeline Support:

- Proactively follow up on submitted quotations to monitor their status and address customer enquiries
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide timely updates on opportunities and pipeline progress.

**ABOUT YOU**:
There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

- Previous Customer Service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Previous experience with an ERP (advantageous)
