**Role Purpose and Description**

The purpose of this position is to support key systems throughout their lifecycle, working with the team to provide consultation and support to our clients. This includes:

- Providing ongoing, regular, preventative maintenance of hardware and software
- Resolving system faults through comprehensive troubleshooting
- Providing adds, moves and changes to system hardware and software
- Provision of training and manuals to Xacom system users
- Involvement in the installation, testing and commissioning of Xacom systems
- Contributing to the pre-production of hardware and software for projects
- Assisting the sales team in assessing requirements for new systems and providing information for quote creation
- Providing after hours support
- Speaking up about ways you believe we could improve as a team or ways you want to add new value
- Supporting your team members as a team player

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 23 per week

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
