We are looking for an enthusiastic **Sales Admin Assistant** to support our team in delivering industry-leading aftersales products and services.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our Aftersales operation - following up on open quotations, preparing accurate service proposals and providing administrative support that ensures we exceed customer expectations every step of the way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Aftersales and Spares team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and help convert them to sales
- Prepare professional quotations using ERP/CRM systems
- Interpret customer requirements and input data into Dynamics AX or other systems
- Create pick & pack lists and assist in logistics coordination
- Compile and review technical documentation including MDR and testing reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Aftersales function
- Assist with month-end project closeouts and invoicing proposals

**What we are looking for**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in administration, logistics, or customer service
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics AX 2012 (AX365 desirable)
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Team player who can also work independently and meet tight deadlines
