We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional projects for our clients.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of shopfitting projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of shopfitting projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost management.
- Support project managers in administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the shopfitting or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Pay: $46,460.00 - $84,333.18 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
