**About the Role**: We are looking for a talented and experienced strata manager to facilitate our team to focus in professional service delivery, ensuring great client outcomes, meeting all legislative requirements, and providing competent and professional support to our clients and suppliers.
- Manage portfolio of clients; including correspondence from owners, agents and contractors
- Liaise with Repairs & Maintenance team for quote requests/work orders
- Prepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings (agendas, budgets and minutes)
- Oversee financial requirements of buildings within portfolio
- Manage client retention; deliver exceptional customer experience and effective conflict resolution & strategies
- Have a work ethic with the ability to problem solve, solution oriented
- Highly motivated, have sense of urgency and manage multi task skills
- Understand and knowledge of budgeting
- Communication skills - written and verbally, a good team player
- Have an eye for detail, Very well presented

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- strata management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in ROCKDALE, NSW 2216
