**The Role: Strata Assistant**
- Offer administrative assistance to the Strata Managers, ensuring seamless operations.
- Address client inquiries promptly and efficiently, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in strata management to achieve desired outcomes.
- Support strata managers in budget preparation and financial management tasks as required.
- Prepare essential documents such as letters, agendas, and meeting minutes, maintaining precise records.
- Demonstrated high energy levels and adeptness at managing competing priorities
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Possessing both an autonomous, motivated work attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
