Strata Manager Role:

- Managing portfolio to your suitable size - management of repairs & maintenance of buildings along with strata legislation;
- budgeting ;
- Chair meetings
- Customer service - build trustable, reliable relationship with stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced strata manager, passion in strata, can work autonomously
- Problem solving. management skills - efficiency and manage along with legislations, attention to details.
- Interpersonal communication skills, customer service
