**Responsibilities**: Routine maintenance & efficient repairs to the common property of buildings along with strata legislations.
- Meetings: arrange & chair meetings, prepare agenda, and post meeting minutes
- Maintenance work: arrange quotes, sending work orders, getting approval for bills
- Financial reviews and prepare budget
- Strata advice, By-law issues, NCAT matters ( mediation)
- Communicate with committees and provide legal advice and guidance

**Qualifications & requirement of this position, strata registration and certificate a big advantage**:Must be able to work in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous and complex environment, with the following skills:

- Organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in Strata, Property or Real Estate Industry
- Experience in administration
- Customer service orientated personality
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments, consistent with overall company values
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- High level of information accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and according to deadlines
- Reliable team player
- Finds a way to deliver a solution, ability making decisions

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
